I write to bring me closer
To the happiness
That always gets stolen for me
But sometimes I wonder
If it only drags me deeper
But I can't help
But write these words
That flow from me and onto the page
These blasted words
The damn thoughts
But it's only when
The pen runs over the paper
That the words will flow
I often wish to make them stop
But the overwelming
Silence
It's simply to much to bear
I just have to break
The barrier
Holding back my words
And every last ounce of creativity
That when I write
Pulses through my vains
The ache of emptiness
Is gone
And I can hear the words
Screaming at me
write me
write me
WRITE ME
And I have to
I can't not run the pen
Across the paper
Cause thats the only way
To crush the urge
That overwelming desire
And so page after page
Is stained
With the words my mind forces my hand to write
But it is my heart that screams them
Shouting them when the pen is in hand
But when the pen drops
I must welcome the silence again
